What is the minimum clinic size to qualify?
We work with UK clinics that have at least 2,000 clients in their CRM with a customer average spend of £500*. If your database is under 1,000 active contacts, the economics don't support a campaign at our current pricing structure, and we'll tell you that upfront on the assessment call.

What happens if no clients book during the campaign?
You pay no performance fee. We do extensive testing across many verticals and one thing that stands out is the quality of your data so before even a campaign is launched or money spent we test test and test even more. It is in our interest for you and us to yield fantastic results which is why we have meticulious steps at every part of the process.
How is the performance fee calculated?
The performance fee is a percentage of the total booked appointment revenue generated by the reactivation campaign. The exact rate is confirmed during onboarding, based on your database size and campaign scope. We provide weekly reports showing every booking attributed to the campaign so the calculation is fully transparent.
Does pricing scale for multi-location groups?
Yes. Multi-location groups typically start with a single-location pilot, then expand using a tiered infrastructure model. The performance fee structure remains consistent across locations. Contact us for a group-specific quote.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The infrastructure fee is a one-time cost and usually per campaign. Performance fees are charged per campaign cycle. There is no retainer, no lock-in, and no penalty for not continuing after the 60-day pilot. Most clients continue because the ROI justifies it. Campaigns can run from 1 -3 weeks depending on database size and recommended every quarter.
When does the performance fee get charged — at booking or after the appointment?
The performance fee is triggered at the point of confirmed booking, not at treatment delivery. This is standard for our model. All booking attribution is tracked automatically via your calendar integration and reported weekly. You will get instant notifications once a client has paid !
